Construction Interventions

Within the framework of public tasks, the institute issues projects conditions and approvals for construction interventions in fishing districts.

Any intervention in a fishing territory must be planned and performed in a manner which ensures, to the highest possible extent, the preservation of fish, their species variety, age structure, and their quantity.

The construction of buildings which are performed, according to the regulations on construction of buildings on water land can be performed on the basis of obtaining approval from the Institute.

Legal Grounds

The legal basis for issuing project conditions and approvals are articles 19. and 45. of the Freshwater Fishing Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 61/2006).

Vodenje ribiškega katastra je ključnega pomena za načrtovanje in izvajanje ribiškega upravljanja ter pripravo različnih strokovnih podlag in mnenj, ukrepov ter predpisov na področju sladkovodnega ribištva, s katerimi se zagotavlja ohranjanje in trajnostna raba ribolovnih virov, določanje elementov ekološkega stanja voda in določanje ukrepov za njihovo izboljšanje.
