Annual Program

The annual program is defined by the performance of the fish breeding plan for each year on the basis of the assessment of conditions in the fishing territory from the previous year.

The performer of fishery management prepares the annual program by December 31 for the following year, and sends it to the Institute for approval.

Legal Grounds

The legal basis for the annual program is article 13. of the Freshwater Fishing Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 61/2006) in which it is stipulated that fishery management has to be performed on the basis of the annual program and in accordance with the fish breeding plan of each fishing territory.

Vodenje ribiškega katastra je ključnega pomena za načrtovanje in izvajanje ribiškega upravljanja ter pripravo različnih strokovnih podlag in mnenj, ukrepov ter predpisov na področju sladkovodnega ribištva, s katerimi se zagotavlja ohranjanje in trajnostna raba ribolovnih virov, določanje elementov ekološkega stanja voda in določanje ukrepov za njihovo izboljšanje.
