Ichthyos 
Ichthyos is fisheries expert focused magazine, and has been published by the Fisheries Research Institute of Slovenia since 1984. On average, we publish one issue per year. In the magazine, we publish expert articles and scientific debates, reviews and present scientific and expert achievements from all areas of fresh water and sea fishing, ichthyology, hydrobiology and related branches of science. The contributions are written in Slovene, with an abstract in English. In 2004, the Institute changed its status. It became a public institute, and the publishing of the magazine stopped for few years. In 2007 though, we decided to revive the magazine and retaining approximately the same program concept as before. We are selecting the new editorial board members, publishing council members, and the chief and the responsible editors of the magazine. Publishing of a new issue is planned for 2008. | ||||||||||||||||||||
